Epic is conveniently located in the heart of the downtown Minneapolis warehouse district. Epic is a fresh alternative for those looking for a truly unique venue to host their most important events. Epic’s flexibility can accommodate up to 700 guests seated and 2800 reception style.
Epic is a 28,000 square foot, multi-level venue. The rental fee and beverage minimum vary depending on the day of the week and the season. A Saturday night during the spring would be a $3500 room rental with an $8500 beverage minimum. Included in the room rental is the use of the entire venue, 3000 sq.ft. Patio, 200 parking vouchers, bar staff, stage, green rooms, and basic technical (audio/sound) package.
Additional service staff is available at the Client’s request for additional fees, such as; coat check, restroom attendants, box office attendant, and security.
Epic plays host to one of the largest venues in Minneapolis besides the convention center. Including the Patio, 3300 guests can be accommodated for a reception style event and 700 for a seated dinner. The 110 Lounge is perfect for the more intimate groups of 300 guests or less.
Epic host - Mintahoe Hospitality Group and D’Amico Catering as its exclusive caterers. Any food service required by the Client will be held under a separate contract with the catering company of the Client’s choice.
