The Minneapolis NAACP 1st Annual Walkathon

The Minneapolis NAACP will hold its first annual walkathon on Saturday April 19, on the North end of Lake of the Isles. Parking is available at Kenwood Elementary School, 2013 Penn Ave. South, 55405. Those wishing to walk and/or make a donation may contact the Minneapolis NAACP at NAACPMINNEAPOLIS.org or by calling 612-822-8205. The Minneapolis NAACP is involved in advocacy for communities of color on health, education and other issues. The NAACP is the nation’s largest and oldest civil rights organization.
