Urban Financial Services Coalition Conference June 18-22

WHO: Several hundred members of the Urban Financial Services Coalition, the preeminent national organization of minority professionals in the financial services industry, will gather to deepen their networks and enhance their professional development.

WHAT: The Coalition’s 34th Annual Conference furthers the organization’s mission of providing professional development programs and promoting economic empowerment for its members and minority communities at large. With a focus on deepening members’ professional networks, Destination Success will provide the face-to-face connections and opportunities for financial services professionals to hone and improve their personal and professional performance. The convention also features signature programs such as the Student Alliance Summit, Women in Leadership Summit, CEO Symposium, Oratorical Contest, and Awards Gala.

WHY: Despite significant advances by people of color in the financial services industry over the last decade, significant problems remain. The Conference will focus on the development of new strategies to address these challenges and help minority financial services professionals deepen their networks and speed their professional advancement.
